This a shot of the parellel twin on my 360. I took her out today, up and down first street, to get more used to shifting and downshifting. There's quite a bit of hesitation until you get to 3rd gear or so, which I'm guessing is the carbs not sucking in enough air (or too much?). With a few more rides, I think I'll be able to shift around the issues, but ultimately will probably take it over to Century Motorcycles for some work.
